2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Orders & Delivery
- Prices are shown inside the Platform and may update in real time based on supply conditions.
- You must provide a valid, public link or identifier for each order. Orders placed with incorrect details may not be eligible for a refund.
- Delivery times are estimates. Most orders begin within minutes, but completion time can vary by service and network conditions.
- You must not place orders for content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the terms of the relevant social network.
4. Wallet & Payments
Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for orders. Payments are processed through third-party gateways. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases. Wallet balances are non-transferable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: violate any law or third-party right; promote hateful, harmful, or illegal content; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform; or resell access in a way that breaches these Terms. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this section.
6. Refills & Quality

7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". Because delivery depends on third-party networks that can change their rules at any time, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, retention, or permanence of any engagement. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoomSmmPanel's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
