This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds, cancellations, and refills are handled on ZoomSmmPanel.
1. Wallet Top-Ups
Funds added to your wallet are stored as credit for placing orders. Wallet credit is generally non-refundable to the original payment method, but unused balance remains available for future orders.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders that have not yet started can typically be cancelled, and the amount is returned to your wallet.
- Orders that are in progress or completed cannot be cancelled.
3. Refunds to Wallet
If an order fails, is not delivered, or is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your wallet automatically or on request. Refunds are issued as wallet credit.
4. Refills
Many services include a refill guarantee for a stated period. If eligible engagement drops within that window, you can request a one-click refill from your orders page at no extra cost.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect or private links provided at the time of order.
- Changes you make to the target (for example, setting a profile to private, or deleting a post) during or after delivery.
- Drops that occur after the stated refill period for services without ongoing guarantees.
